Bradford and Airedale Estates Partnership (BAEP) is a private company limited by shares, the majority of which (60%) are owned by the private sector and 40% owned by the public sector.
This Public Private Partnership has developed seven buildings for its local NHS and local authority clients and partners; in addition, it has also undertaken a considerable amount of minor works and property adaptations to reflect the changing demands of those clients.
Through their equity stakeholders, Equitix and Community Health Partnerships, and their management provider, EMS Community Ventures Ltd (ECV), the Bradford and Airedale LIFTCo is able to offer a diverse range of property solutions and services backed by the collective experience of their partners of managing a large multi-million pound portfolio of NHS and local authority assets.
